Most of the time, a funeral director or our staff answers all phone calls...but occasionally, we must use an answering service. If you reach our answering service, please describe the exact nature of your call to the operator and specify whether or not you want the operator to contact a funeral director immediately OR merely want him/her to accept the message for us to retrieve at our next opportunity (often the next business day).
If there has been a death or there is an emergency, please instruct the
answering service operator to contact us with instructions to return your call
immediately.Our professional answering service serves only funeral homes and you will never be put on "hold."
